In 1980, filmmaker Angelo Lima captured the spirit of Charlie Chaplin in his film, "Ato Público Pela Volta da Alegria."  Shot in Super 8, the film was commissioned for scanning by Brazilian director Kleber Mendonça Filho for his critically acclaimed film, "Pictures of Ghosts.."
